      Giving them one star feels like too much. By far the worst company we have ever worked with. We have multiple properties and they are by far the worst to work with.

      Worst mortgage company ever I wish ruoff never sold to them my payment has increased over 2 hundred dollars in the last 4 years due to escrow I did the math and my insurance and taxes increased $28 a month for both but they said there charging me a 6% cushion incase my escrow increases withing the next 12 months we'll your taxes are assessed 1 time a year so once they go up they won't go up again for the whole year so there basically making a $1000 on my escrow I'm just going to pay it out of pocket hell with their escrow payments

      HPF gave me a 4 business day notice that my loan was being sold to Freedom Financial which doesn't even have a working phone #. I find it ironic that they ditched my mortgage 2 weeks after I paid a huge amount towards principal. HPF hounded me on the daily to refinance although my rate is already low. They see they can't earn all that interest on my loan!!!šŸ˜āœŒšŸ½
