  I purchased my first home from Highland Homes and I used HSL as my lender. I worked with Betsy H and she was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend the HSL team and be using them in the future!!!

  I have been waiting on updates about our BRAND new construction. I keep getting told "We're waiting on title work" "We don't know how long it's going to take" You deal with this type of stuff daily and you can't give me updates? Brand new construction title work should not take over a month for paperwork. Do not recommend this lender.

  I'm sorry for your frustration in this matter. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays with title work since that is not our company, nor can we update on their work since it is not something we are working on. Due to higher volumes, we have noticed that title work has been taking longer. You are welcome to contact the title company to receive a more detailed update, if you would prefer. Hopefully we will be receiving this soon, so we can get this closed for you!

  I am in the process of looking to buy a house, and HSL was recommended to me. I got in contact with a miss Emilie Oakes to start the process. She explained to me the different mortgage and financial options I had for my situation. She was extremely informative and helpful in the process. Made it very easy for me to understand. I would recommend HSL to anyone especially Miss Oakes.
