  Great place for a mortgage. Apparently I was there for 30 minutes but it felt like I walked in and walked right back out. 12/10 would HIGHLY recommend

  Owner is nice and was the only reason I could get anything done, but other than that huge attitude problem. I had a relator by the name of Chris "Turbo", horrible experience with both parties. Neither wanted to get paperwork done, nor wanted to deal with a customer who is concerned about the home I was purchasing. The home had many errors in the paperwork and im just now getting my hands on the errors, if you are expecting any issues, which will always happen when buying a home, go elsewhere! If you are an out of state buyer BEWARE! This company blamed my banker for paperwork being lost, even though it had been given 3 times. Also the realtor didn't want to do anything to help me, the house had issues and I wanted them fixed, he was trying to get me to fix all the problems myself, off the record. Absolutely unprofessional, both parties were beyond disappointing, the following day of closing I arrived from California to finally move in. House has a gas leak, mold, and the floors are coming up. Absolutely nothing from either party to help me fight these issues. My life was at risk and they didn't even bat an eye. So if you want to end up in a lawsuit battle to recover the damages and get compensation for all the lies and shady business go with these guys. The building is also run down, the company didn't seem to care about image, and the staff are absolutely rude. Gave me my papers today like I was some random person who just robbed them.
