      I tried contacting this branch for new account questions and was told the person who could answer those questions was gone and to call back. I called back and the person was available but she was cold to me and really made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to disconnect the call before she could give me the rate because of how she was treating me. I have a lot of banking experience and I would not ever bank here after the way the new accounts lady made me feel. Get some better customer service skills if your going to answer questions and open new accounts. Hope this helps people thinking about banking here.
