      Highly recommend to take your business else where!! We used this company for our mortgage on our last house. Sold our house on July 10, 2020. Four months later, we are still waiting for our refund check for our money that was in the escrow. Constant run around about when we will get our check. The check has been canceled and reissued 3 times supposedly, but keeps getting “lost in the mail”. They refuse to overnight it or send with a tracking number. Every time I call, I’m on hold for 2 hours or more trying to get it figured out. Every time I have to wait 24-48 hours to speak to a supervisor to escalate the issue, but every supervisor has been useless, and unable to help. I have spent more than 20 hours of my time trying to chase down our money. Run as far away from this company as possible!!
