  I cannot say enough about how amazing Rose and her team were! We were referred to her by our realtor. As first time homebuyers and recent grads we thought there was no way we would be able to qualify for a loan, but Rose took the time and explained to us exactly what we needed to do, we followed her instructions and sure enough, we were approved and were able to close on our dream home! Rose and her team are extremely responsive and efficient! They kept us up to date every step of the way, and explained each phase of the loan process as we arrived to it. Their consumer portal was very interactive and easy to navigate! Rose and her team were very accommodating, our closing date was moved up 3 times and they met the deadline without a problem! They made the process as easy as can be!

  My realtor said they were "tops" and they were right. Rose and the team were very professional and super easy to deal with digitally or by phone. They provided a secure portal for uploading crucial and sensitive documentation. Plus, my favorite part, is they provide very easy visual instructions and videos to assist with the barrage of activity. They also have me a link to a required Fannie Mae course that I recommend everyone take before even talking to a realtor. It answered all the questions I was asking along the way as a first time buyer.

  Homebridge is our new mortgage lender for our home we just bought on Friday 9/18/2020. They have been professional, easy to get in touch with, informative and easy to work with. Rose, Chad, Lea have all been our contacts to help us get everything we needed to purchase our dream home with a great interest rate. The closing was quick thanks to them being on top of everything. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for financing options.
