  Steve Minkow is THE BEST I have worked with. He took us on after another lender (Prosperity) had dragged our loan out for 45 days and ultimately couldn't get it done. With the clock ticking, he pulled off a miracle and got us approved and funded within 2 1/2 weeks. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and empathic. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically.

  Scott Gilman and his assistant Alan Osowski did such a wonderful job working with me on completing my first mortgage (first-time homeowner). I was denied by all the other mortgage brokers that I had spoken with, until working with the Homebridge mortgage team that both Scott and Alan represent. I was able to go ahead and receive the lowest interest rate, put the lowest possible amount of money down, and pay off my car (BMW); while purchasing a house with ~$50,000 equity built-in. I got a house that is physically and financially bigger than I thought I could afford because of them. If you want your mortgage broker to lower your interest rate, your points, closing time, and your documents/requirements needed to close; then choose Scott/Alan’s Homebridge team, I am already referring them more business because my network wants what only they could help me achieve.
