  Homebridge Financial worked a miracle for me. I am forever grateful for Leila Martinez and Vanessa Saenz. I started my journey to homeownership about a year and faced many obstacles credit wise. With the help and guidance of Leila and Vanessa they both gave me pointers on what my credit needed to look like and things I needed to do to have strong buying power. Leila and Vanessa were both available for me when I would have a questions about anything dealing with the loan process.   Horrible services. It was like pulling teeth to get these people to answer simple questions. Constantly was asked to resend documents I had already sent. I had to escalate to their corporate boss bc I almost lost my house twice due to leila and her teams negligence. They hired someone to do my house inspection and they took the money and never got an inspection so we got stuck looking for someone through the holidays. Just recently I called for info bc I got a letter about our mortgage they said they would get back to me and still not a single call/text. Don’t waste your time bc they definitely will. Update: I called about a letter that we got transferred to another lender. I called leila with questions and did her usual banter “no I promise it didn’t let me see and I’ll call back” as always doesn’t know what she’s talking about it bc we did get transferred and didn’t get notified until after the payment wasn’t accepted.
