  Had a great experience working with David Mackey and his team. They explained things pretty well to us, who knew nothing about the whole process. The team is pretty well coordinated so if you can't get a hold of one person, another is there and in the know.

  I went on recommendation to use Peter Scott as my mortgage lender and I'm happy I worked with him because he did a really outstanding job. He spent well over an hour with me going over financials, taking into account everything relevant to my situation - and he helped figure out how much I can comfortably afford; in the end he locked in a fantastic rate. Any time I had questions he made himself available and always ran numbers before giving answers -- needless to say - he's extremely thorough with the numbers and also a pleasure to work with. The process with Homebridge is also really nice -- I uploaded everything to their secure website and was able to sign everything electronically. The entier process was smooth and painless. Very happy I went with Peter / Homebridge and would absolutely work with him again.
