  Steven Hughes and Cary Claeys at Homebridge helped me with my loan application, and they were the best ever. They were always on top of everything and responsible for what I asked. They offered me the best interest rate and I would definitely give them 10/10 for overall satisfaction. The process went very smooth and clear as it met all the goals and requirements. I would not be able to purchase my first property without their help. I highly recommend Homebridge (but with Steve & Cary) to anyone who is looking for a lender as my experience with them was amazing.

  STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTY LOCKREM!! We have been working with her since April!!! It is now July. There was nothing but MISCOMMUNICATION. She would say she was going to do things and NEVER did them. Not one text or phone call to ever explain why her promises weren’t fulfilled. She seemed disinterested in working with me so I even asked her to pass me off to which she did promptly reply that she very much wanted to help me with my purchase so we continued. The Homebridge vision is to make the dream of homeownerships a reality for every customer, every day. I am a working mom and was nothing but understanding as she was having issues with child care. However, we lost two properties due to her not providing an offer letter. If you want a house do not work with her. As a first time buyer I never knew this would be the situation I would be in. A buyer even offered to pay our closing cost and to buy down my interest rate. Anyone who is trying to buy in the state of WA knows that is a HUGE deal. Anyway STAY AWAY FROM HER.

  Stay away from christy lockerm! Sent information to her and she never got back to us! We reached out to her and got nothing in return. Meanwhile we missed the opportunity to get a better interest rate. Christy could have told us she was busy or reached out as we waited, but she didn't. She's unprofessional and rude! Go with anyone other than Christy Lockerm! We found someone else and they got the ball rolling instantly! Stay away from Christy lockerm!!!
