We were supposed to go Homebridge because they were the default lender for the builder and also provided an incentive. We wound up going with Tasha from Caliber due to the lack of communication. The fact that our contact from Homebridge decides to lock in our rate after they went up was the last straw. He tried calling us when decided to go elsewhere, but even then he failed to follow up.

Be sure to read this review. All reviews talk about the experience when getting their loan, which would be great otherwise they wouldn't get any business. Here is a review of the service after you loan is all said and done. The company added insurance, which is required for condo purchases. Unfortunately, not securing insurance on our own was out mistake. Homebridge secured insurance for 4 times the cost I could have got somewhere else. After this rate went up once or twice, I finally wised up and wanted to switch. This is where Homebridge shows it's true colors. Any communication with them will require at least 45 minutes on hold and countless minutes of the runaround. Even getting a manager on the phone will take 45 minutes. Worst customer service after the secure your business. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
