      David and his team were extremely helpful as my wife and I were new to the home buying experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely recommend them as a lender!

      Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. After our first house payment was drafted from the wrong account I called to have the issue resolved. I was left with nothing but attitude, customer service reps talking back with a tone I have never heard to be acceptable. Telling me multiple times I couldn't speak to anyone else or a supervisor "because he was telling me the correct information and they were just going to tell me the same thing". Another rep continued to push blame with attitude instead of resolving the issue. NOTHING was fixed after an hour and a half on the phone/hold and instead of being upset about the mistake made I am now furious about your company's customer service or lack of, and how they choose to handle/speak to customers. This company needs to reevaluate their customer service policies.
