  Terrible company! Rafael is a freaking joke!! Please use another company! Reviews are as accurate as they can be! When I say Rafael is a joke.. he’s JOKE!!! Poor communication!!! Multiple errors in their end!! A 20,000.00 mistake and all he wants to do is blame it on a system!! Then says what you wanna do, either you got the money or you don’t….. Terrible company and Terrible branch manager! Please go elsewhere!! Admitted delays by his staff in sending over paper work in a timely fashion! Just not a great experience and the fact that he was rude and cussed me out once I called the company on their bs.. said he has a clear mind and heart and that he sleeps well at night! Really great that you all have some one in place that is so unprofessional! And that takes pleasure in screwing people over!

  This guy Rafael, is not professional. Trust me. He is a big talker but not a business man. He took my friend through the most to get his loan to closing. Then had the closing date reset 3-4 times. My friend was smart to start his loan process over with a new lender and was able to get another house. But this company, homebridge doesn’t have their stuff together. Good luck to the next person who applies with them. If it takes more than two weeks to be cleared to close. You may as well go elsewhere. Red flags were shown with this company. I’m glad my friend was approved elsewhere. The branch manager at Homebridge blamed overturned staff issues on his inability to close my friends loan. The processors were misinforming loan applicants on what information to submit which caused a complete mess for my friend. Based on my friends experience. I will not suggest anyone closing a loan with this company

  This is the sorriest lender I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional. Doesn’t know much about processing loans. He may have gotten friends and family members to post the good reviews on his page. In my opinion. Seek another lender before you get screwed. The branch manager himself isn’t very knowledgeable
