  I worked with Frank Merhi to refinance my reverse mortgage. He was completely honest and gave me great advice, guided me along and was professional and very personable. I'd highly recommend him and will use him again if the opportunity arises.

  I contacted Frank Merhi of Homecision about refinancing our reverse mortgage. He was not only responsive but also professional and a real pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, always returned my calls in a timely manner, was very personable, and helped us secure the refinance we had hoped for. Frank Merhi always represented his company with integrity and honesty. I found the process easy, in spite of a lot of paperwork required in every such significant financial transaction, and twice we had a professional come to our home to help us with the application process and also conduct the actual closing. In summary, I highly recommend Homecision if anyone has an interest in a reverse mortgage or a reverse mortgage refinance. I have already recommended Homecision to friends who are now working with Frank Merhi and Homecision to secure their own reverse mortgage refinance. In this world of highly questionable ethics and deals too good to be true, Homecision is a breath of fresh air!

  Frank Merihi with PSI Lending cold called me offering me the advantages of using PSI Lending for my reverse mortgage. At first I was not interested because I had already used AAG (never again). Frank's team was awesome to work with; and, if I had not decided to go with his firm, I would have never discovered that AAG did my reverse mortgage without receiving a clear title to my home. That was unbelievable to me; and, if I had died without a clear title to my home, my estate executor would have had to hire someone and paid tons of cash to obtain a clear title. If you are considering obtaining a reverse mortgage on your home, I highly recommend PPI Lending, Frank Merihi, and his team. You will be totally satisfied.
