      In the 25th hour, Mike and his team came through for me and my family. We built a home, had another lender drop the ball significantly, and only way to save our million dollar plus deal seemed like a miracle. Thus, I contacted Mike on Saturday, February 5 and he had me an approval by Monday, February 8. 15 days from my initial talk with Mike, we were clear to close and we did on February 22. Mike saved my deal, my house, and without him, I may have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
