This lender worked with the same home buyers on several projects in the past , knew their personal history , and personally knew them , and approved their loan amount for the purchase of a home . They have several rental properties and another home . Three days before closing he decided their income didn't match their loan amount . They held the home hostage and our home and we were even willing to come down to match their actual approval amount , but they never got back with us . This is the worse lender ever to put people through all of this knowing they were approved and wanted out or knowing they wouldn't qualify and did it anyway . What lender waits three days before closing to say the loan amount doesn't match his clients income Poor due diligence and terrible work ethic. No integrity, no concern for us . Terrible business
