Nebraska Land Title & Abstract handled the closing on a house in Lincoln that was part of an estate. As an heir to the property, I was to have been sent part of the money from the sale. Instead the personal representative filed a false document with the Saunders County Probate Court in Wahoo, Nebraska. The filing of May 5, 2014 stated that I had received the money which was more than $9,000. I phoned Nebraska Land Title & Abstract about this problem. They were wonderful. All information was provided to me to take action with the court to stop the theft by Annette Ruzicka and her attorney Thomas Klein in Wahoo. Thank you for your assistance.

Ended up abandoning the contract due to breach of legality. Zero communication for the entire 45 days leading up to closing. Thanks to these people I almost didn’t get into my home, I’m only in it thanks to my bank and the amazing buying and selling agents who picked up their unbelievable slack. Steer clear

The buyers of our home chose HST, I was contacted by one of your closers. On the phone she wasn’t very pleasant. We came in and signed paperwork with her and she was rude and used little to no positive social skills. I was pretty surprised she speaks to people this way. Apparently she spoke to my real estate agent in this manner also. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about your company.
