  Easiest re-fi ever! We worked with John Lanz for our recent refinance and the process was seamless. John is an excellent communicator and kept us updated along the way. Love the Esign documents they use, as it really makes the signing of the final documents a quick transaction. Highly recommend Homeside and Lower.com for your all your mortgage needs.

  We applied for pre-approval for a land loan on January 18th with Kyle Fees. I checked on the application on the 21st and was told "it's with our land people, should hear soon". Checked again on the 26th, no response. Called on the 31st and left a message, no response. Meanwhile, applied with a bank last Saturday afternoon and we're approved by 4:00 the same day. Don't waste your time, call a bank.

  I have never been more disappointed. I thought I had a true business relationship with my loan representative… who is supposed to be a Vice President at this location. They are prompt and responsive when starting a new loan. But don’t expect a call back or any resolution if you have a problem. I guess new loan customers are so plentiful that they don’t worry about providing customer service. It will catch up with them eventually. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.
