reached out to about 4 lenders via MMP website. Brittany was 1 of 2 that responded and she was the clear choice! She explained every step, i never felt like I was being taken advantage of. She followed up with me faster every step. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because she/they didn’t seem *experienced* ,though *somewhat knowledgeable* with MMP process. All the in house stuff was great tho! already recommended to my cousin!

Valentina with Homespire Mortgage was excellent. From the very beginning she explained things in detail to us, which was helpful as first-time homebuyers. She advised us of our options throughout the home buying process and always responded quickly to answer our questions. When we wanted to know more about an amount in a quote, or some other detail, she was happy to take time to talk on the phone.
