      I had the luxury of work with Ms. Sharon Spradley as my lender. Which took loads of stress off my back. She was awesome with her professionalism and how she conducted business. She communicated with me about everything that she needed from me and responded to everything I ask in a timely matter. Just love the energy she had from day one till the end of the process. Highly recommend if you need a loan to buy a house HOMESTAR and Ms. Sharon Spradley is the way to go. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

      Lack of communication and no follow-up. I was surprise that the Branch Manager fail to communicate with me after our inital conversation. My credit scores were fine, student loans probably pose an issue but all she had to do was inform me and not all of a sudden ignore my emails. Not so great business ethics.

      If I can give be zero stars I would. What lender allows the seller to go all the way to closing and then deny the loan to the buyer. I was the seller. Also - they don’t even clear thier voicemails. Always full. Pathetic.
