  Daniel Jara and his team at HomeStart Capital are amazing to work with. They were not only competent and professional throughout the entire process but also thorough and efficient. The duration from submitting my pre-approval application (June 9th) to getting Cleared to Close (June 23rd) only took a matter of 2 weeks with this team. Along with my due diligence and their expert opinions, I was able to easily answer any tough questions that came forward during the closing process; specifically the founder, Daniel Jara went above and beyond to better help me understand the homebuying process, esp. in these hard times ~ as a first time home buyer, I couldn't imagine a better experience of closing on a home! Also -- these guys are local to the Houston, TX area, which is a big reason for why I picked 'em to begin with, so if you want that face-to-face availability then HomeStart Capital is the team for you!
