  If you're considering buying or refinancing a home and think you left it too late, don't even bother reading the rest of this review just contact Brad at Homestead funding Corp. Right away, I sure am glad I did. I kept going back and forth in my own mind weither to refinance or not. When I used a online mortgage calculator it appeared the benefits were not worth it but as interest rates climbed I came across an Ad for Homestead funding Corp and remembered Brad getting me a good rate on a mortgage 10 years earlier so I called him and it was the best thing I ever did. Brad shaved 12 years off the mortgage on my primary home plus got me $60,000 to pay off a second mortgage and my payments are only a couple of hundred dollars more than I was paying on the one mortgage and the best about it is I get to retire 12 years sooner than I expected all thanks to Brad. So if you haven't called him already call him now you have nothing to lose and possibly a lot to gain.

  Courtney is awesome! She made the entire home buying experience really easy for us. She provided realtor and loan services which made everything go smooth, considering i've heard stories in the past about how stressful the process can be. Although it was a huge decision in our lives, Courtney made it feel almost stress free. She was very professional with the process, and always followed up on her emails and questions very quickly. When we met with her, she broke down the entire process for us multiple times because we still had so many questions. She was thorough, yet patient. If you want great customer service, honesty and a speedy transaction, Courtney is the person to see!
