      I had the privilege of working with Nancy Gascoyne. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all the hard work she did for us! She was always there to answer my phone calls and my millions of questions and I never got the impression that I was a burden on her already very busy day. I could tell by the tone in her voice that she really enjoys helping people and that meant the world to me. If it weren't for Nancy, we would not have gotten the house we did. She really saved the day with a last minute change that saved us a LOT of headaches and money. Working with Nancy and Homestead Funding made our home buying process so much less stressful.       Nancy made everything extremely easy as a first home buyer who didn’t know much about the process. She was always quick to respond if she didn’t answer which was great with all the bidding wars and how fast offers often had to be. She’s very knowledgeable and I highly recommend working with her.
