      Flo was fantastic to work with! Helped us get a great rate for our perfect starter home and made everything easy on the way! Always there to answer my texts and calls (which were a lot) and kept us informed on everything going on from offer to close. I would DEFINITELY use homestead and especially Flo again.

      My family is so grateful for Flo. We came in under a highly stressful situation and not knowing anything about buying a home. She guided us through the process and made everything so much easier for us. Flo connected us with the best realtor, lawyers and inspectors for our situation. She was easily accessible and always got back to us quickly when we requested calculations for estimated costs of payment. Flo broke down information so that we could better understand and took the time to have phone sessions with us whenever we needed clarification. Submitting paperwork through the portal was easy too.
