  This is for Rachel in the loan department, thank you so much for helping me. We are dealing with a pandemic and struggling times, but Rachel was so nice, friendly and so professional. Didn't even judge and she knew what shes doing and we need more people like that. So again, thank you Rachel!

  Can't love this place enough. I tend to rate businesses with a very tough perspective. I pick nits. This place has expert people and customer service that simply does not exist anymore. It really is a big bank with a small-town feel. From the time I first signed on, they have remembered my name, they reference shared details and even helped me to become a first-time homeowner. They remember things for me, proactively AND after I have an experience that I do not prefer, they nurse me through the next possible issue, respectfully. This place is plug and play because of the people who run it, they care about doing a good job and making you feel like you all grew up together. Thank you, HomeStreet.

  Deborah is the best senior loan officer I have ever worked with. HomeStreet slogan has some true meaning when they say she's not just my banker.
