  Let me first start by saying that we were completely satisfied and a great customer to this point. We have had hundreds of thousands of dollars go through this bank with our business and the level of disrespect and poor customer service was just unfathomable. We abruptly discovered that our account had been closed with no warning, no email explanation, nothing. Naturally we thought It was some server issue or mistake After finally getting a hold of a representative we had found that they had closed her account and sent the remaining balance in a cashiers check to our business address for no discernible reason. This severely impacted our business because we had paid vendors days before this occurred and because the funds hadn’t fully cleared they canceled all those payments. We finally got a hold of someone at a local branch and came to find out that they had called and left a message to Call them back which by the way my wife returned that call within an hour and left them a message. The message didn’t indicate anything of this severity. The explanation was that the account was closed because we had a coin base account. We are a legitimate business we pay our taxes on all our investments and what upsets me the most is that they didn’t even ask if we could change that account or do something about it. I am very upset and annoyed that any business would operate in such a manner.

  I LOVE THIS BANK! Tricia is the nicest person I have met in a long time! She listened to me like I am an actual person -- not a potential customer or dollar sign -- and, after many years of not trusting banks, I am absolutely going to join [HomeStreet]! In fact, the entire staff was super courteous (JT - you are awesome! - and Jennifer -- you are awesome, too, and you definitely hired the right people!) and anyone looking at a bank with great customer service, great financial services, and even some free and refund services, then this is the perfect place! I definitely feel at "Home" here!
