  Personalized banking is the only way to fly. After 14 years with B of A and another 16 years with Wells Fargo I never knew what I was missing. HomeStreet offers unique customer service's that businesses count on. I was referred to home street by a friend . I thank him all the time . They help me with 2 PPP loans and with a mortgage on a commercial building. I can't say enough good things about HomeStreet ..

  Went to cash my irs refund check and the clerk right away said she cant. She told me to go elsewhere. I asked for a supervisor and instead of a supervisor, her co worker got into the conversation and said they can't cash it. They didnt even offer me to open an account, just wanted me to cash them elsewhere. I told them any bank in the US is allowed to cash them, but they said not theirs. I came to bank of america instead down the street and asked the lady at the door with a big smile she said yes and to get in line. Never going back to this place. Oh, and i didn't have a bank account with bank of america.
