  I went into the branch and was welcomed at the entrance after I had set up an appointment with the bank. The bank staffs were very professional and polite to me, I was even ordered water to drink. The bank manager, Haley was great and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. I’m very glad I chose this bank and will be visiting the branch soon again. 👍🏾

  The new policies they have put in place is causing me to stop buisness with them. Such as you need an appointment they have no appointments after 430pm nothing on Saturdays. And I was informed that they changed how they cash checks not drawn on there bank after nearly 10 years being a customer of there's I will be closing all my accounts.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called this branch to have an insurance check endorsed (FEMA wildfires related) and was told it would be no problem. I scheduled an appointment to go in and do so but when I showed up and they saw I am black I was refused and told I needed more documents then sent away. When I provided the requested documents to the corporate office, they informed me it was not needed and I shouldnever been turned away. Not a company or branch I will ever recommend again after being discriminated against so blatantly.
