  HomeSure lending was absolutely fantastic throughout every step of our housing search and mortgage process. They respond extremely quickly and efficiently to all requests. For example, we needed a pre-approval modification to match the asking price of a house multiple times and they responded in under an hour every time, even on the weekends which is so important in the Ann Arbor housing market. We were also first time home buyers and they explained every step of the process. I can't recommend them enough.

  We purchased our first home with Matt and the HomeSure Lending team. They were absolutely outstanding to work with. I was warned by friends that mortgage lenders need documents sent 5 times, they ask the same questions, and we would deal with plenty of different people who don't know our situation. HomeSure Lending was nothing like that. The process was easy, straightforward, and hassle free. Matt's team was super responsive and worked seamlessly with our realtor despite us being out of state. Our realtor and lawyer, both real-estate veterans, commented that it was the easiest loan funding and approval they've ever had with a purchase, and we were first time home buyers! Matt's team took the time to explain how the process worked, why we were getting the best deal, and guide us through every step. We'd recommend HomeSure to anyone. Thanks again Matt and team!!
