  My fiance and I are first time homebuyers and, thanks to Mike, Stephanie, and the rest of the amazing HomeTown Lending team, our experience was so stress free I almost couldn't believe it when we reached the closing! I had done my research and spoken to several lenders/brokers prior to speaking with Mike and, from the moment we had our first conversation, I could tell this was a man who knew his business inside and out (30 years in the mortgage insustry), was honest, and would take the time to explain the process and steps to first time homebuyers. He made it clear from the start that we could reach out to him anytime (day or night) with questions or to run the numbers on properties we were interested in. He even helped us negotiate a higher sellers credit due to the inspection report. His loan processor, Stephanie, also did a phenomenol job of keeping us in the loop every step of the way right up to the clear to close. They are an absolute joy to work with and I am so very grateful we found this amazing team. We will be referring EVERYONE we know to Hometown Lending Partners!
