Home Trust is bad but this branch takes the cake. It does not believe in science or wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic. I had to go in to the branch to get a cashier's check to close on a real estate purchase. The lady assisting me did wear a mask while helping me but failed to cover her nose the entire time. Because of the amount she needed her supervisor to assist. The supervisor came out of her office not wearing a mask and proceeded to stand shoulder to shoulder with the first lady and directly across from me. The three tellers working the drive up window were also standing shoulder to shoulder none wearing masks. On a later visit I went there on a Saturday to make a deposit in the drive up. They had Saturday hours posted in the window with no other signs up. Google also said they had Saturday hours. They were closed. When I went to make the deposit on Monday I asked why they hadn't scraped off the Saturday hours from their window and made the change on Google. They offered no apologies and just told me it would be too much of a hassle to do that when they may go back to Saturday hours sometime in the future.
