  Unfortunately, I feel like my loan experience wasn't as positive as the others. As a first time home buyer I came to Amy and Erik as a referral from a friend. I felt very in the dark about the whole process. I had a certain interest rate locked and due to some negligence and poor timing I assume things fell through so she had to redo documents with a newer, higher interest rate. She never answered her phone or emails so I'll never know what happened. I should've went with another mlo but I didn't want to ruin a friendship. I already lived in the home I was buying and the process still took almost 45 days. I had perfect credit and was a primed buyer. Closing dates got pushed a couple times and other things just make me upset thinking about it all again. Hopefully, nobody else has an experience like this.
