I just want to say to Jessica you have a 5point star rating for your customer service. Overall as far as the underwriters I really wish you would have reached out and work with me a little bit more to get additional information that you would have need to understand my credit and my report . Jessica you had the patience to see that and gave me addition information to help thank you.

If I could put 0 stars i would ! This bank is ridiculous. The lady I spoke with was very snoby and they think they can just take $ out of your account whenever and try saying you made an agreement when really they set the agreement up theirselves. I will never bank with them again ! Be careful with this bank there definitely shady!
