We had a situation with our 2018 Honda CRV that required several trips to the dealership over a two week period, with waiting in-between for parts to come in for the air conditioner. Although we were not happy about the situation, we were extremely happy with Shawn, the service technician who assisted us. He kept us informed of everything that was happening, and made sure he was there to help when the parts came in; and assist us accordingly.
