      I got Nate at Honor Banks contact information from a real estate friend when I needed a place to start to get pre-approved for a mortgage. Nate was great from the start. I was full of worries and lots of questions. Nate was always kind and quick to answer my question while making me feel at ease. I feel Nate added to my first-time-home-buying experience in a way that no one else could have. Nate made everything feel easy and made me feel like a friend more than a client.       Business account experience: Pretty good, it's been harder to use with them with only one drive though branch in traverse. And the other branch downtown, does anyone want to deal with traffic downtown for a bank in summer? Fees don't seem to be out of the norm. Would be nice to have a few branches in more convenient places.
