      I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are such a joke. Bad service taking loan payments out. Overdrafts accounts unauthorized and charging you for it. What a joke. Go to springs valley bank and trust. Much better service and better with loan payments. Hoosier hills suck period!!!!!!!

      Poor customer service, went and asked for change for our restaurant. they couldn’t give it to me even though our restaurant BANKS through them. I told them my mom has an account & I had her I’d on me so i could just use that. Nope the old haag in the window was just lazy.

In general, the only time we would deny change is if one of our members is getting it for a business in large quantities under their personal account, or if we don’t have a heads up and can’t provide a large amount at that time.
