      If I could rate this credit Union a zero, I would’ve. I’ve been dealing with trying to receive my money back from a stolen card since May 31. I’m constantly getting the run around and no one wants to help. I can’t seem to get any information about the dispute and the branch nor the customer service number are ANY help. Every time I call or go up to the branch, there is literally no resolution. If you have other options PLEASE EXAUST THEM BEFORE COMING TO HOPE. Also, the way their transaction pend, then disappear & reappear to take the money over a week later is just not something I’m used to in a bank. They need to work on their systems and their customer service.
