      The woman at the counter are never smiling and make you feel so unwelcome. I do not know if it's because they hate there job or what but it makes me want to drive to the other side of town. Plus we had issues w the ATM not giving us our money we took out and where told if we wanted a refund we would only be able to come in the store and not have an ATM card, which dealing with the workers at this location is awful. We chose to eat the 100$ the ATM never gave out. But the funny thing is a week later they had a brand new ATM to replace the broken one they had. I DO not recommended coming to the location on University

      The worst, poor customer service rob me of my escrow money from closing, lied to me for 3 months... DON'T BUY A HOME THROUGH THESE PEOPLE... NO LIE SO SERIOUS.....
