      I went to the bank two days I only got professional women each time! They explained everything to me and for the most part they gave me a chance at building my credit! Very professional staff! They answered the calls and emails promptly! I’m a very satisfied customer! Arba Street location ROCKS😇😇🥳😎

      I have been a member for years and I’ve had several cars and my home finance through Hope; however, I can NEVER get anyone on the phone to answer any questions or concerns I may have. This for me leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially when it deals with my money. Online banking is not always the answer. Hope has got to do better with employees answering the phone for their customer and having a higher numbers of call volume is not a good excuse. Hire more people.

      This is the WORST place Anyone could ever do Business... In my 51 years, I have Never Seen Anything Worse... I STRONGLY suggest you Do NOT do business at this Credit Union.. Truly Sad and Borderline Illegal... I Wish I could rate this place LESS !!!!! Sad Sad Sad Van Flynt [email protected]
