      I have been insured at this office for 20 years. In the recent past, I have called 3 times for a review of my policies. No one has ever returned my calls. Today, I called again and spoke to PJ, the owner. He claimed he didn't know who I was. Never heard of me and never had spoken to me. He was quite arrogant. "Then how did I know your name, PJ? He had no answer, so I related the details of the conversation we had LAST WEEK. "Oh yeah, I dropped the ball." No more for me. My Looney Tunes tolerance with this company has reached its limit. I need to work with a functioning adult. In exploring other companies, I found Liberty Mutual's insurance to be $2000 a year less expensive. I hope it is obvious that this is not a fake review as I used my real name.
