      This is the worst bank i have ever been a customer. They close when their posted hours say they are open. They also often have technical issues which make them not open and awful customer service.

      We’re sorry you had that experience, Dale. We try our best to notify customers when we are closed for holidays – including yesterday’s MLK Jr. Day. If we are closed for a holiday or another reason, we post that notification on the home page of our website, on our social channels and do our best to put signs up in the branches ahead of time.
