      My husband and I have had only positive relations with this bank. They manage our corporate HSA flawlessly. The tellers and managers are very courteous. Every issue we have had with outside problems have been dealt with. So helpful. I cannot recommend this East Lansing branch of Horizon Bank highly enough.

      I would not recommend you go to this bank as their "market president" Chris Nugent is classist. I cannot provide screenshots in my google review of what he said due to the website "Nextdoor's" privacy policy, but I really wish I could. Please watch out for people like this.

      Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I have an HSA account with this bank and they have NEVER been helpful with anything. It should be simple to set up checks for this type of account as not all medical offices take debit card. Nope. Never received checks. Should be able to take money at an ATM to reimburse myself for a medical expense that I had to pay by personal check. No, have to go into the back. The ATM does not state anything like this. It just says you are requesting too much. Should have received a chipped card in the mail weeks ago, but it never showed up. I'm sure they have my address wrong AGAIN. Do not use this bank if at all possible.
