      Horizon Bank talks a good customer service program, yet when it comes right down to it they are only after the almighty dollar. The various transferring choices they have are sub pare for most people. Better off going to Chime.

      If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. I belonged to a different bank before Horizon acquired them. Talk about stepping back into the Stone Age of Banking practices. Practically all the way back to writing out your own checks stuff. Also if you were to shut someone’s account down due to suspected fraudulent activity (no such activity was at hand, just wanted snacks and airline tickets during my normal down time hours) wouldn’t that customer at the least deserve a phone call or email at the least. Nah not necessary to this banking institution. I can’t wait for the great relationship I’m about to have with Chase
