  This is long overdue, however I wanted to give a BIG THANKS to Tristan Johnson and his team that did an amazing job on helping my wife and I with a smooth refinance transaction. I highly recommend giving him a call if you need a mortgage of any kind.

  Well, if I was ever going to open an account at this bank, the interaction I had with the inside tellers today sealed the deal that this will NEVER happen. I’ve been in the branch before to make change from 20’s. Never have I had any issues. They turned me away today because I didn’t have an account!!! Is this not a bank that deals in money? I’m literally changing money to money!!! 60 dollars change in petty cash and they refused. Horrible customer service and a shady way to get accounts from people. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT invest your funds here.

  I've had my business banking here for over 2 years now and I love the personal service and attention to detail they provide. Phil calls me just to check in and even inform me of opportunities or specific tools that are a perfect fit for me and my business! Sometimes he calls about banking and finance stuff and sometimes he calls for things not related to banking at all because they know what I do at HCB and they are deliberate and genuine when they serve their customers. It feel great to be an individual and not just a number.
