I am very happy with the customer service at this location. They are easy to work with and aren't pushy about any of their products like most banks I've dealt with. Horizon also has pretty competitive interest rates.

My dealings with the loan officer Mary at this branch was terrible, changer from 1 star to 3 after talking to regional manager today, she was an absolute joy to talk to.

I have never in my life been ripped off by a bank that I was doing buisness with. Don't buy a CD from these people. If you're not at there door when it matures. They will renew it in another cd at .01 interest and charge you a penalty if you want to withdraw your money after that. Had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes for customer service to listen to there (bs). Never again!!! Will be withdrawing my 16 thousand dollars.
