  Not sure what all the hate is about. I've banked with them with my wife and then individually for years and have had a great experience with them! Kind staff, friendly and courteous. Went to apply for a credit card and was treated with respect and dignity. I will continue to do business with them, and gladly.

  I want to pay off my truck, I need to make sure the title gets mailed to me at the correct address. Should be an easy call to change an address right? 20 minutes on hold to have a rep tell us to do it online. Well my loan is through them, but I don't bank here due to their terrible service and my acoount won't let me change an address online. So now im at a loss. Do I call back and waste a ton of time to be where im at or just skip payments until somone calls me and we can clear it up then?

  No friendly faces. UHSCU is surely missed. HCU may as well be a 'big bank.' Ridiculous interest rates, lack of online reliability, paired with customer service and app issues make horizon a no go. I forgot I even had an account open here until 2017 when I received an angry phone call from the south manager saying my credit card bill of $7 was over due and I could be forwarded to collections. turns out my uber account was linked to that old card. Moved back to Spokane and thought I would still get quotes from HCU for a vehicle and home loan. I was surprised the rates were 2-7% higher than any other quotes. off I officially go, like many of the UHSCU carry overs.
