      Steve Carter is the worst person I’ve ever “worked” with claims to want to work out a plan but never listens and wants things to go his way…. I’ll be closing all of my accounts with them. Run if you can, go elsewhere.

      *******HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE******** Requested a secured loan and it took them 5 weeks to give me an answered back. Loan officer never returned calls and had to reach out to manager JULISE. I was going to give them double the COLLATERAL and also took a CO-SIGNER. Their committee team doesn't used common sense and only needed the loan for 90 days. I called their and they told me that they really don't have a General Manager anywhere, how is that possible. Don't really know how they work. Upper management really need to work much closer and LOOK into this.
