  Had an account for years, always friendly, always resolve my issues. Love the charity work and the CEO is so local he shops in my small grocery store regularly. The new ATMs are super quick, and of course they are non profit so they don't invest in fossil fuels or outsourcing companies that screw over the surrounding population! That is why I will continue to do business with them (Unlike every single other big bank which are using it's customers and hurting there families!)

  Wanted quarters and went through drive thru. I was told no because I don’t have an account here. The funny thing is I actually have a large insurance claim check and wanted to open an account, but she walked off and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence! I cannot believe how petty it all was. I’m glad it happened in a way because I was trying to decide which bank to go through for this check! I definitely can say where I WONT be opening an account. I will also be sure to tell people my opinion when asked about which credit unions I prefer!

  Multiple errors in loan application and almost impossible to get through to anyone at the 800 number (wait times 30 minutes) to speak with someone about a simple question about my account. Would not recommend as a financial institution.
