I had an issue with an account. I was told as long as I made payments to the account I would not go to collections by the assistant branch manager while in with another member of the branch staff who validated the conversation. Yet they sent me to collections and stated they no longer wanted to do business with me and then sent me an ugly piece of mail. The only thing I did wrong was follow the managements instructions and even though they knew what happened and I was told they would call me after talking to everyone involved, they didn’t care enough to follow up with me. They made a mistake. They should own it instead of letting the Customer take the fall for their bad training/information. Thanks Brandon and Loretta for throwing me under the bus instead of standing up for me.

Worse Online Banking there is. It's taken 2 Weeks for Bill-Pay Checks to process and it constantly sets me up to Overdraft my checking. Management has NO DESIRE to help by Modernizing the system.. they set you up to fail & STEAL my $$ one fee at a time. Changing back to Chase Bank this weekend..
