      We were referred to one of Horizons mortgage brokers, Lori Cassone by our realtor Jessica Martin to help us find the best financing fit for purchasing our new home earlier this year. There were many challenges due to our cross country relocation and finding new employment, etc. It became apparent from our first conversation on that Lori was a true professional and an expert problem solver. Her patience, candor, work ethic, communication, and resources helped us navigate a complicated process in a short amount of time and left no doubt that we were in the best possible hands.       I've worked with Mark at Horizon and his depth of knowledge of the lending industry makes me wonder why anyone would go anywhere else when shopping for a home. Also, why do people go to a real estate agent first? Get your money squared up, know what house you can afford, THEN go find a real estate agent/broker. Anyway - Horizon = Two thumbs up!

It's TRUE, most people think Real Estate agent when considering purchasing a home. It is after all, how you find the home of your dreams. But unless you are buying with cash, the first stop should be a preapproval for a mortgage. Two thumbs up back at you.
